The essence of Grub Kicker speaks to my blended background and multi-cultural influences more than the rigidity of my classical training. Growing up in a highly activated kitchen-centered household, traveling, living abroad and indulging my curiosity for a diversity of flavors led to the development of the Grub Kicker product line.

My classical training provided an opportunity to explore the fundamentals and technique of food preparation. Exposure to unique and diverse food experiences, both home and away, stimulated my sense of food and place as a component of lifestyle beyond sustenance. Grub Kicker provides a diverse and accessible product line with simple recipes for anyone to create interesting food experiences every day.
